Return Policy
Tropical Expressions wants you to be happy
with all of your purchases. In the event you are not satisfied with
your purchase please contact us by e-mail
or phone for a return authorization within 3 days.
Please note all shipping charges are your
responsibility, so please be sure of your purchase. (sizes, etc.)
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on returned items.
All returned items must be in their original
packaging. Palm Thatch and Bamboo are not returnable, so please be
sure of your measurements.
It is your responsibility to inspect, count
and report all losses, damage, etc. to the shipper prior to signing for
it. If your shipment is damaged you must refuse it and note with
the shipping company it has been damaged. We will send you a new
order. If it is our mistake we will correct it at no charge to you.
International
shipments are subject to import taxes and duties, which are the responsibility
of the customer.
